Characters come to animal shelter to surprise 6-month-old puppy who hasn’t found a home yet

Frisco is a 6-month-old puppy who has so much love to give, but somehow found himself at an animal shelter. He’s been feeling a little blue lately because he hasn’t been adopted, so characters from Wonderland Character Entertainment stopped by Niagara SPCA tonight to cheer him up.

This is the second time the characters came by to see Frisco. He loves spending time with them and truly believes they are his special friends.
