Teddy Nelson was born Aug. 30 with HLHS (half a heart). He has been in Pittsburgh Children’s Hospital since. A benefit will be held to raise funds for travel expenses, so his grandmother, Liz Nelson, can remain by his side.
The benefit will be held from 1 to 5 p.m. tomorrow Jan. 19 at Country Roadhouse Inn, 2989 Ridge Road, Ransomville. There will be chowder and a basket raffle.
